We are about to start a little bigger project using ServiceMix (over 20 SMs and/or BCs with many SUs) and we are preparing the overall project structure. Our thoughts are to use this good Maven ServiceMix plugin to speed up the process, however none of has any experiece using Maven. So our question is: What is the best practice in this situation? Should we take the full Maven ServiceMix repository snapshot and host it on our servers? What is the status of the plugin and overall current build procedure, that is when new SM version is out, if we are using public repo, will plugin break or not, will we be forced to switch immediately to new version, or we will have an option to gradually move to newer version.
Should we rely on you ( SM servers and plugins), or should we not :) (should we host current version on our machines and gradually update) ? Thanks for any thoughts in advance,. -- View this message in context: http://www.nabble.com/Project-organization%3A-to-snapshot-or-not-tf3656738s12049.html#a10216298 Sent from the ServiceMix - User mailing list archive at Nabble.com.
