It appears the web service is running at http://localhost:8192/NSRService/
since I can make requests through my browser to it, and they succeed.
Now, I get an xml parsing error when trying to send to the web service with
my http provider. It seems that it doesn't like the SOAP request even
though the same request will work through the browser. The error is:
