I already mentioned the Eclipse debugging page

if you only want to learn about debugging ServiceMix.
To get a more basic overview of what ServiceMix is about, you can take a
look at http://incubator.apache.org/servicemix/users-guide.html. I'd
recommend you to take a look at the Quick Start and the Introduction
topics to get a first introduction. Afterwards, you should check out
some of the examples that come with the distribution.
I'm currently writing some tutorials myself. One of them (guided tour
and core concepts) already has some content, so if you have the time to
check it out, I would welcome any feedback from someone who's just
getting started with ServiceMix. You can find it at
http://incubator.apache.org/servicemix/1-tutorial-guided-tour-and-core-concepts.html.
