that's the fastest *and most scalable* JVM for WINNT.

The URLs to the JDKs are included at the bottom of thr article.

IBM JDK 1.1.7 is included with SockPerf (java socket performance
benchmark).  I don't think it is distributable yet...but I don't know that
for sure.

I just read the latest volanomark numbers on various jvms, and saw that
IBM's JDK 1.1.7 for Windows is the fastest jvm for winnt.

Does anyone have comments (good/bad) about this jvm?  Is it distributable?
