Igor,

Try localhost:8007/jserv/ to ensure that the Jserv is running properly.

Otherwise, your code may be throwing an exception such as
IndexOutOfBoundsException which may not get reported in any of the logs.

Subject: Unable to run servlets in Apche JServ

I have Apache 1.3.3 with JServ 1.0b configuration on WinNT. Everything
starts up fine and my test servlet is initialized as shown by this
jserv.log entry:

[23/02/1999 12:20:34:240 MST] Testing.TestServlet1: init

However, when I call my servlet with the following URL:
localhost:8007/servlets/Testing.TestServlet1, nothing happens. The only
entry I get is the following in the jserv.log:

[23/02/1999 12:21:48:377 MST] Connection from localhost/127.0.0.1
[23/02/1999 12:21:48:377 MST] Initializing servlet request
[23/02/1999 12:21:48:377 MST] Reading request data
[23/02/1999 12:21:48:447 MST] Sending response headers.

There are no entries in the access.log, error.log or mod_jserv.log. I
even started the JVM with the -verbose option but it seems that the
servlet doesn't get that far. What is wrong?
