Execution problem with JRUN2.3 on NT4 server

I installed the JRUN2.3 package on NT4server with IIS4.
Before the installation, I stopped the web server.
The installation of JRUN was good.
But when I want to execute any of program of JRUN, I have a NT error.
(memory problem).
I test this on several computer and I have the same problem.
My package is maybe bad (size=8.93 Mb) ?
Or the installation of JRUN has a bug ?
Who has already succefully installed JRUN2.3 on Windows platform without
problems ?
