First of all, you should also sign up for the java-apache-users list.  Visit 
http://java.apache.org and follow the links!

Second, check your URL.  It should read:

        http://server:port/<yourApJServMount>/your.full.class.name

A common mistake is to use port 8007, which is JServ's own port.  Do NOT do this, use 
the www port!
