We really need to get PWP up as soon as possible. I understand your team
encountered some hurdles, but is there any way to complete configuration and
deployment today, for UAT tomorrow, and a move to production on Wed.?
Please advise.

All,
Sun and Ron were able to alleviate the disk problem over the weekend. The
disk controllers needed to be reset. Ron was able to format the disk array
on Sunday. Configuration will continue through tomorrow. We now plan to
deploy in production on Wednesday, with UAT beginning on Thursday.
Depending on the amount of time needed and any issues identified, we could
turn up on Friday.
