You're right about this, Tom, but it isn't very userfriendly.
For instance: i make txt-files with equidistant fields.
When I send them to MSIE, the browser handles these txt-files
as HTML omitting al spaces but 1. I don't want this, because it's ugly.
Now I don't send files ending on *.txt anymore, but ending on *.tekst
(e.g. myText.tekst). MSIE doesn't recognize this extension, so
I get a dialog-box asking if I want to save this file or if I
want to open it with a program. This way you can choose to save
the file or open *.tekst-files with NOTEPAD.
PS: tekst is Dutch for text.
