Hi
Why you want to use thin driver when you are using Oracle 8.0.4 bec's
oracle 8i supports jdbc.
import oracle.jdbc.driver.*;
give the following conn in the servlet:
// Loading the data base
Class.foName("oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver");
// Connecting to db
Connection conn =
DriverManager.getConnection("jdbc:oracle:oci8:@", "username",
"passwd");
Have fun
Neeraja
