Hi!
This is another stupid problem with WAS!!!
Check out IBMs Webpages.
You have to set NT locales to USA(English) before installing
WAS 2.0. Otherwise, some files are not installed, and the admin
doesnt't work :-(
I recommend JRUN 2.3 or waiting for a more stable WAS
