There are several packages available free which may help you. The
Java-Apache project (java.apache.org) has a list. Check out their
Element Construction package for one, which is similar in nature
to kona.

Another way to do it is with a template system. Obviously I am
generally an advocate for that--but it depends what you want
to do.
