I think the easiest way to do this is as follows:

     res.setHeader("Refresh","30");

     Where res is the HttpServletResponse, "Refresh" is the header value,
     and 30 is the number of seconds between each "push".

    I would like to write a servlet that will lat some definded time periods
refreash the clients that are connected (i.e., like a server push).  For Eg.
Lets say I have a stocks page taht has the current stock market.  Any client tha
