increasing the heap size

Hi

 

 By default the JVM limits the heap size to 16MB.

 

 1. How can I set the upper bound of the heap size with the -mx option?

 2. How and Where I can set this option?

 

 I am using sun solaris, jdk1.2, netscape server enterprise 3.5.1, jrun 2.2 pro

 

 Any Suggetions is appreciated as soon as possible.
