Because these are things that should be set with a CSS style sheet (which we
will have support for creating within this framework soon). Although, I
agree, they should not be deprecated so I will talk with stephan about
removing those.

No, the point of this api to to create tags, not process html. if you want
an html processor, take a look at www.openxml.org
