IE4 uploads work OK for us so far... using a modified version of Jason's

I seem to remember there's a problem with JSDK2.0 which might cause problems
with File Upload being discussed on the list recently though, I think Hans
Bergsten posted a fix... which of course violates the JSDK liscence...
