Hello Manu,
In JDBC 2.0 you have the option to move the cursor.
I never tried it yet but it's written in the Java tutorial.
Regards,
Gilad.

Subject: A simple query
Hi,
I have newly started working with oracle with JDBC. I made a
select
query and got a ResultSet. I used the ResultSet for printint the
result.
I used next() function to get to the next row. After I have printed
all
the results the cursor is on the last row. Now I want to use the
same
resultset again. How do I make the cursor to point to the first row
again.
I was unable to find any function for it. Do I have to query again
to get the
resultset? Is there a work arround to use the same resultset again?
Please
help..
Thanks in advance,
Manu.
