There's really nothing to do. Just open it in an editor and resave it. It will
probably replace the Line feeds with return-linefeed pairs. Visual SlickEdit
has a Save As dialog with a format drop down. I selected DOS format and
re-saved it.

Oh. I thought you meant changing code. It works now. I guess the jsdk
web server 2.1
takes the place of servletrunner? Is it a full fledged web server or is it just
a tiny test app like servlet runner?
