Hi,

I am not sure. I looked at the .bat file hoping to see if there was a
command line version of the same (startserver) [Something like >startserver
-f default.cfg] so that we could make it point it to different default.cfg
files (say, default1.cfg and default2.cfg) for the 2 instances.

Unfortunately, the .bat file seemed to invoke the com.sun.web.shell.Startup
java class file after setting the CLASSPATH etc. Unless we make changes to
the Startup script, I think I will have to pass this one for the other gurus
on this mailing list..:-)

Thanks Anand!

I guess I didn't make myself clear... let's put it this way:

what if I want 2 config files? so that I can easily bring down/up either of
the jsdk2.1 servers? (I may need both of them up at the same time...)

Thanks!

There should be a 'default.cfg' file in your directory containing the
servlet.jar etc. That should allow you to change the port.

Stop the server, Make changes to default.cfg and start the server.

what I really wanna do is to set up another jsdk2.1 server using another
port on the same machine... is that possible?

Thanks!
