JDBC 2.0 consists of only interfaces. The <STRONG>specific JDBC driver</STRONG>
needs to implement the methods. There not very many drivers that implement JDBC
2.0 and then even they have implemented many methods are left blank.
It might be useful to check up on the list of JDBC drivers and their status
