It is not enough to put jp.jar in the Servlet directory. You must
do one of the following:
1) unjar jp.jar into Servlet directory
or
2) move jp.jar to some other location and add the jp.jar file to
CLASSPATH,
   not just the directory containing jp.jar. You should find in the
   documentation of your web server how to do it.
