Agreed.

Sending that response brings up "Authorization failed. Retry?" box. Is there
any way of telling the browser to forget that it has sent the username and
password for that user so that it would bring up the box asking for
username:password? I tried setting status to SC_UNATHORIZED but it still
brought up the "Retry?" box.
I head somewhere that changing the realm might help but I'm not sure how. Also
how many times does the retry box comes up? Maybe I could set it to 0 and this
way it would just quietly forget what I want it to forget.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
