Doug Lea has a good book on Concurrent Programming. However, it has not been
updated for JDK1.2 (to take into account of deprecated methods).
Scott Oaks and Henry Wong has a Java Threads book (updated for JDK1.2)
published by OReilley.
I would also recommend a more generic threads book: Solaris Threads or
pThreads by Scott Oaks too (I think... unclear about titles)
