The question is not valid now - I found the solution. The matter was: the connection I 
tried to set AutoCommit for, was earlier used for statement executing. I can set 
AutoCommit false only when connection was not used for any statements before. But 
setting it true after operations is not a problem. I think it makes creating 
Connection Pools  more complicated...
