There's a free implementation of it: GnuJsp I haven't used it, but it's
there. It's also available in a lot of the servlet aware webservers I see.
A lot of these webservers are free (or have a limited licensing (ie: for
non-commercial usage, etc). Therefore JSP is becoming a standard and has
been implemented by many vendors.
