Hi.
If your Palm-VII works with "generic" HTTP servers (if you can use it
to browse Internet) then it will work with servlets too.
What url have you used (how did you obtained the "403 Forbidden" answer?)
You will need basically at least a JDK1.1 capable Java RunTime on your
palm pilot, if you realy need to run servlets on it.
