Am I the only one who has had problems with the port number using JRun?

For example, lets say I install JRun 2.3, and assign port 8000 to be my
server port (http://blahblahblah:8000). But, when I try to get to port 8000
nothing happens.....I can never connect to the servlets. Then out of
frustration I switch the value of the server port from 8000 to 8081 in the
JRun configuration. Now all of a sudden http://blahblahblah:8000 WORKS!
And 8081 goes nowhere.

What is up with this? Why? Has anyone else experienced this?
