I do, but am not overly concerned (yet).
I think the odd issue which gets raised by these 'Off Topic'
mails are for members of the list perhaps more 'on topic'
than people realise. For example, look at the subject
line of this message - I am involved in writing servlet(s)
which delivers converted MS Word files to a browser.
Pretty 'on topic' if you were me.
But (I hear people say) you're _not_ me, and I can only
say Thanks to the people who magnimoniously allow the
occassional such mail to enter the list.
Think of of it like allowing a stranger a cup of water,
even if they do not live at your house.
The world has much more curious practices for me to worry about
this one.
