I have installed JRun servlet engine and my web server is IIS 4.0. I am able
to run the servlets under the servlets directory of JRun by typing
http://myserver:8000/servlet/SnoopServlet. However, not through
http://myserver:82/servlet/SnoopServlet ( this is IIS 4.0 ). I get the error
"The specified module could not be found.". I have checked for the path
under WWW Service Master properties, ( both for Home
Directory-Configurations and ISAPI filter ).
Can anyone help me out ?
Thanks in advance !

Gautam,
did you run the connector wizard
(Start->Programs->JRun->Wizards->Connector Wizard)
which will connect JSE to JCP through IIS. Without that IIS will not know
anything about
servlet requests.
I would suggest printing off copies of the JRun setup guide and the Users
Guide, reading them
and then proceeding further. Sounds silly but, as I discovered, reading the
manuals was
useful and installing JRun on an NT Server with IIS4.0 was painless (2 hours
reading time
meant I had the things up and running inside of 10 minutes).
