Try ACTION = "/servlet/HelloClientServlet"

With "servlet/...",  you are trying to get a file in a directory called
"servlet" under the HTML document directory.
With "/servlet/...",  you are requesting a servlet, if you has defined it as a
rule in your Web Server.
