For the newbees who are asking rather basic questions indicating that you have not put
forth even the slightest effort to familiarize yourself with the technology, use the
source below recommended by James. I found it to be the single best intro to serlvets
(download and install Sun's Java Web Server on your local machine to get the most out
of the tutorial). The second most valuable resource I found was a thorough reading of
the 2.1 API. Finally, get James Hunter"s book "Programming Java Servlets."
This will keep you from getting flamed by the less tolerant amoung us.....
