I had a similar problem and I think it's because JWS is prepared for using on WinNT,
not Win95/98. Administration of JWS started on WinNT 4.0 works correctly even when
called from Win95 browser.
I advise you using IE not Netscape when JWS is started on Win95. It may goes better
