That is strange, I have had nothing but really good experiences with their
tech support and their product. I think it is wonderful stuff and highly
recommend it. Maybe it is just a fluke?

If you are using dbKona and htmlKona, there are "replacements" for them at:

Also, why are you so stuck on commercial products? Why not take a look at
Apache and Apache JServ?
