Some good news ! Irrespective of the user (browser) having cookies set or
not; you can control the mechanism by setting "Use cookies for session
tracking" (or similiar) option on your webserver / servlet engine you are
using. If you are using JRun this is the exact option you have. Check the
JRun admin tool to tick off the option.
Restart the servlet engine for the change to take effect.
I have played with this in all scenarios and worked well for me ..
