Yes, it should be enough, you dont even need Personal Web Server,
as jsdk2.1 has its own minimal servlet engine + web server (check
if there is a server.jar within the directory you unpacked JSDK).

However, if you absolutely need servlet engine for PWS then ServletExec
should be good for you, and perhaps JRun too. Don't know their exact
url's, but I bet that if you ask for them on this list, at least their
marketing dept. will answer quick ;-)
