Hm.. it has read access to all jars and files needed and write access to
the directory where it stores it's information..
Also.. if I use the Cryptix jars directly I can get an instance of the
class, but if I use the JCE it fails? I have been doing some tests.. and
the only thing I can think of is a bug in Apache's JServ classloader..
Guess I'll have to go look there..
