Send a preliminary e-mail to the address user specified, to inform him
you are going to process its form, and will receive an final answer within
few days.
For this message set the Return-to header to your own e-mail address.

Thus, if the address given by user is undeliverable, you-ll receive
a message from the mail servers complaining about that.

That makes your app user friendly (user gets an immediate feedback) and
let you know wich e-mail addresses are wrong.
