I am currently running Servlets using the Microsoft VM using Apache with
JServ. You just need to change the JServ configuration so it uses "jview"
not "java" to run the servlet engine. (See the wrapper.bin property in
jserv.properties). You can then debug servlets from the Visual J++
environment by using the debug>processes>attach menu item from the IDE and
attaching to the process running jserv.
