Its not a really servlet related question :-)
Select properties on your computer icon, and choose the environment tab.
Select CLASSPATH in the list of environnements values (or add one if it
doesn't exist)
Under NT its a better idea to use the CLASSPATH for very basic stuff, and
add all the other Jars in the two "ext" folder, and add the following stuff
in the start.bat files
