there is a mini-web server delivered with jsdk and the
more recent jswdk 1.0 (http://java.sun.com/products/servlet).
it is started as follows:
% startserver
and is halted via:
% stopserver
once started you should be able to peruse the online docs
and supplied sample code with source. i recommend you pull
down the latest jswdk as it has the latest fixes'n features.
