This is known problem with JSDK2.1 and JDK1.1.x. Youhave three solutions. Get the new JSWDK1.0 (which includes servlets and JSP), upgrade to JDK1.2.x or 1.3, or use the older JSDK2.0. You'd probably do well to upgrade to JDK1.1.8 too.
