As I can find the CFV posting on www.deja.com it looks like your ISP's fault
:).

The original CFV was posted August 19 (by the votetaker) to:

  news.announce.newgroups
  news.groups
  comp.infosystems.www.advocacy
  comp.lang.java.programmer

1.  You might look through the old articles (search for "CFV") in any of the
listed newsgroups.

2.  You could extract the ballot from:

    http://www.deja.com/getdoc.xp?AN=514632121&fmt=text

    If you do so, make sure you are sending "plain text" not HTML.

3.  You could wait for the second CFV (should be soon).

4.  You could mail the votetaker (and only the votetaker) and ask for a
ballot.  Please do this as a last resort so as to not overwhelm the
(volunteer!) votetaker.
