Hello Duke
Keep one parameter sent to the servlet as a flag. On the first request set
it to false - indicating that it is a first request./
In the HTML generated keep this flag as a hidden parameter with value true.
So when a refresh is called, the flag is now true - indicating to the
servlet that this is a refresh and not a fresh request.

hi,

is it possible to detect when a user clicks the "Refresh" button on their
browser from within a servlet? if so, how?
