include the following tag anywhere within <HEAD> ... </HEAD> section:
<META HTTP-EQUIV="Refresh" CONTENT="10" >
The CONTENT=10 tells the browser to reload the curent page after 10
seconds, you can change it to start from 0 (for fast refreshes) to any
integer value.
variant:
<META HTTP-EQUIV="Refresh" CONTENT="10;URL=http://java.sun.com">
to reload from a different URL than that of the current page.
