I know NES 3.6 works only for jsdk1.0. Even Netscape doesn't suggest to use
servlet with NES. If you want to use it, you'd better to purchase JRun or
other third party plug-in.
As far as the error you mentioned, it is hard to said without seeing your
code. But calling JDBC from servlet is quiet straight forward.

Subject: Re: httpd.exe - application error when running servlet on NES
Hi,
I'm using NES as my webserver. I deployed a servlet with JDBC calls
on to this server. The following error occurs as soon as i call this servlet
from a browser. Call to simple servlets (without JDBC calls) works fine. Can
someone tell me why this happens and how to over come it. Thanks.
The instruction at "0x00000003 " referenced memory at "0x00000003 ".
The memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the application.
Click on CANCEL to debug the application.
Thanks,
Mohan
