I haven't pushed too hard on this ... but I find that
> Cache-Control: no-cache
doesn't seem to behave correctly on IE5.
I'm sending down PDFs. Pragma: no-cache, works, but when I add in
Cache-Control: no-cache
IE5 wants to download the file rather than display it.
Like I said, I haven't looked too deeply into this, but it is something to
look at.
