Chances are you need to explicitly add the servlet JAR files
to the classpath. Then, the compiler knows to look inside
the JAR files for classes.
Either use SYSEDIT or your favorite ASCII editor and add
something like this:
SET
CLASSPATH=.;C:\JDK1.2.2\;c:\jsdk2.1\src\javax\servlets;C:\
JDK1.2.2\LIB\TOOLS.JAR
SET JAVA_HOME=C:\JDK1.2.2\
