I'm actually using www.fgic.com .... I just used short hand in the e-mail
when someone else started to use shorthand :)

are you setting the domain to "fgic.com" or ".fgic.com" ? Notice the
period before fgic in the second version. I know from the spec that at
least two periods are required - what it does if you only send one, I
don't know.
