Hi,
Our server is at same configuration and it is only
a Pentium 200 with 64 Mb RAM.
It is working fine, and it doesn't need to be restarted at all.
Our trafic is a moderate one let say 300 visits/day.
I think that some config problems are at Your server.
Maybe Jon or Graig can say something about this.
About Apache+Jserv I am satisfied with it.
