i do have another question (to everyone) --
does the session object limit the size of the object(s) that you place into
the session object?
in other words, should i worry that my vector or hashtable might eventually
"outgrow" the room available in session object? or is there no such
limitation?

Yes.

It's not multi-threading, it's the session API.
Just add the object you create to your session and.... bingo!
